Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

In original packaging

Opened or used items cannot be returned.

Returns must be approved by our team before shipping the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item is defective

The item received is incorrect

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Include photos of the damaged item

Once verified, weโll redeliver either exchange or replace product within 5-7 working days.
Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be credited within 7โ10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI transfer only.

Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
