Return & Refund Policy

At Stickle, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products youโ€™ll love, but we understand there may be times when a return or refund is needed. This policy applies to orders placed through our Shopify store (www.stickle.in).


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at sticklebody@gmail.com with your order number.


Returns

  • You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned.

  • Returns must be approved by our team before shipping the item back.

  • Partial returns are not accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The item received is incorrect

  • In such cases, weโ€™ll cover the return shipping.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 5 days at stickleindia@gmail.com

  2. Include photos of the damaged item

  3. Once verified, weโ€™ll redeliver either exchange or replace product within 5-7 working days.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be credited within 7โ€“10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI transfer only.

  • Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Additional Information

  • We may request product photos to improve quality checks.

  • During festivals, sales, or peak times, return processing may take longer.
