1. Order Processing Time

●       All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

●       Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

●       As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, pincode, order volume, or courier service performance.

Please note: Pre-order items will have extended delivery timelines listed under the product description.

3. Shipping Charges

●       Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

●       We offer free shipping on select promotional offers or minimum cart value, which will be indicated on our site.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

To track your order at any time, refer to your shipping confirmation email or contact us directly if needed.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation:

●       Email us at stickleindia@gmail.com

●       Include your order number and full name

●       Our support team will promptly investigate and assist you

6. Pre-Orders

Occasionally, due to high demand, we offer pre-order options for our most-loved products.

●       The expected shipping date will be listed clearly on the product page.

●       If you haven't received your pre-order within 7 days of the listed dispatch date, please reach out to us at stickleindia@gmail.com

7. Shipping Limitations

●       We currently ship within India only.

●       Deliveries may be delayed during periods of high order volume, festive seasons, or natural disruptions.
